Decided not to write anything over the weekend. Had a chillaxing Saturday and didn’t do a lot except research any local dairy farms that sold raw milk.
Since we’ve been back in Oxfordshire I’ve had to order my raw milk via the net as there hasn’t been anyone local that offered it.
Saturday I was poodling about on the net and happened to have a look at raw milk dairy farms in the UK and I noticed a new one that had cropped up last year, so I decided to visit it on Sunday.
Oh man it’s awesome. Or should I say the raw milk is awesome! The dairy farm even has a little farm shop with local meat on sale too, whoop.
So I got myself a weeks worth of raw milk from them as a tester and a nice juicy steak and some sausages, mmmm mmmmmm.
Anyway. Sunday was also tidying up the garden day, which was cool. It was sunny and crispy cold. Messing around with dirt and plants, ace.
Didn’t do any weight lifting this weekend though. Not sure why, I just wimped out for some reason, hey ho.
Today was work day. At the depot for 7am. 97 deliveries and collections. Left the depot at 6:15pm. 11.25hrs, meh. Should’ve left 30-45 mins earlier, but I arrived back just as one trailer was full and being swapped for an empty one, so I lucked out.
Got home, food prep and some weight lifting.

I really need to do some squats and deadlifts this week, which I think I’ll leave until Thursday and the weekend so that any doms can arrive for the weekend when I’m not working lol.
