Push Press, Side Raises and T-Shirt Screen Printing Set Up Begins.

Todays been a long day, done loads of business related tasks and also started setting up the screens ready for printing the t-shirts for our new product launch.

It’s been a mentally tiring day more than physical as it’s all new things we’ve been doing and although it hasn’t been particularly complicated it has still required following lots of instructions to the letter as we’ve never done it before.

Anyhoo, not saying much else today as my minds gradually shutting down lol, but I did manage to get a workout in, whoop!

Push Press 5,5 35kg
Push Press 5,5,5,5,7 59.5kg
Seated Dumbbell Press 6,6,6,6 22.5kg
Barbell Rear Delt Row 8,8,8 47.5kg
Dumbbell Side Raise 8,8,8 11kg
Barbell Shrugs 8,8,8 90kg

Upped the weight on the push press by 1kg and felt great on them, getting enough sleep last night definitely helped lol. Felt so strong I did an extra 2 reps on the last set, woo!
