So today was mainly pruning in the orchard and oh man did my chest have DOMs from Sundays chest workout. Can’t believe how much it was aching whilst sawing! Not used to DOMs in my chest and it’s not great seeing as though I use my upper body a lot on the farm, oh well, man up get on with it lol.
I don’t think my legs will be aching as much from this weeks leg workout as they were after last weeks. By the day after last week I could already feel the DOMs creeping up on me in my glutes and hamstrings, but today nothing really, so it shows that my body is still in pretty good condition that the worse was the first week back after a layoff.
Anyhoo, better keep it short an sweet tonight as I’ve got some business accounting to do, and I need to work out some foods for a friend who I am helping with an eating plan.
