Leg Day – 12.01.15 – Squats, Glute Bridges and Dumbbell Lunges

Boom! Got to say I really loved todays leg workout. Was really looking forward to it all day whilst at work. Not surprising seeing as though I was out pruning in the rain all day. It was nice to come home and get all hot and sweaty!

Last weeks leg day felt not that great really, seeing as though it was the first one after a month or more off it’s not surprising, but todays, oh man it was great, nearly feeling back to normal again strength wise, so will be upping the weight again next week, start to work towards being back to last Octobers strength levels by mid feb.

Here’s what I did today:

Dumbbell Calf Raise 8 21kg

Dumbbell Calf Raise 10 16kg

Got some TDT recovery spray straight on my legs and glutes, to decrease the DOMs I know are coming tomorrow, but I kind of like it in a strange way lol.

Another day of pruning apple tree’s in the rain to look forward to tomorrow, oh well, always a nice warm house to come home to.
