I’m keeping this post short and sweet because me and Dena are in amongst some serious talking about out future – yet again!
But I felt the need to pop online and put this post up quickly.
We’re giving up on our Big Travel Challenge before we’ve even started it properly.
And all because of one conversation we had this morning.
A work colleague mentioned something in a passing comment, and it led to me and Dena talking about our future plans.
The comment put a thought into our heads that we hadn’t even contemplated and then lead to me and Dena talking the whole day whilst pruning apple trees about what we were really going to NZ for.
And it turns out that we don’t actually need to go to NZ to do what we really want to do.
The path we have realised we need to be on is almost a complete opposite to where we were heading a few days ago, and yet it feels absolutely, positively, right!
Infact when we take into account what we have been doing for the last 4-5 years, it makes perfect sense.
Sat here right now I wish I could tell you what it was, but we need to continue talking this evening and tomorrow about it, planning it, making sure it is doable and that it ‘really’ is what we ‘should’ be doing.
Suffice to say that it involves something we’ve been doing for many years already, but not quite the way we should have been.
Keep an eye on the blog tomorrow evening and all will be revealed.
